The founder and owner of Compass Clover Solutions, Matt Butler, has enjoyed consistent success and growth in leadership roles in a number of Fortune 500 financial services firms, a Big Four accounting firm, a mutually owned insurance company, as well as a small software development business. He personally supported clients that ranged from Fortune 100 firms to one and two person companies, and everything in between.
Matt gained a unique perspective by holding leadership roles in every aspect of the business, including Client Service, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, IT, and Sales Support. He consistently developed creative and innovative solutions, admittedly with a siloed perspective, focusing only on processes for which he was immediately responsible.
Thinking bigger picture, he challenged himself to help in defining the most important priorities for his employers, as well as taking on some of their greatest processing challenges. This proved to be exciting, as well as highly rewarding, both for Matt and for the organization, and that’s how he found his passion… Helping companies to do the right things, the right way.
